Twin Cities Property People is a locally owned real estate company and operates as a division of Winkelman Realty Group, Inc. Originally founded in 2020 by two ambitious realtors, the Twin Cities Property People Corporation saw early changes in its leadership, with the partners parting ways in 2021. In 2022, Winkelman Realty Group acquired the business, dissolved the original corporation, and continued operating under the Twin Cities Property People name as a dba (doing business as) of Winkelman Realty Group, Inc. Today, we continue to serve the Twin Cities with integrity, experience, and a personal, local touch.
Brent Winkelman is a proud Minnesota native who grew up in a small-town community. It was there that he learned values that shape his approach to real estate today: do quality work and you’ll be rewarded, treat others the way you want to be treated, and always focus on building honest, lasting relationships. Brent brings these principles to Twin Cities Property People, making client trust and genuine care the foundation of his business.
